Espree Marquee

The newest addition to the Instant Shelter Hire collection, is the Espree Marquee, originally known as and called a Capri. A modern take on the traditional marquee but offering far more benefits, its multi-peaked roof eliminates the need for ropes and guy lines. With far more anchoring points than the Capri, the Espree Marquee allows us to secure the shelter more successfully and removes any chance of slipping or the tension slacking.  

Coupled with its sweeping, elegant, fresh design, this shelter is stronger and sturdier than the Capri and other similar canopies. It will immediately transform your garden or venue into the most stylish of outdoor events.

If you’re in need of shelter for your wedding reception, birthday celebration, large garden party or even corporate event, this stretch tent - with hooks around the perimeter allowing fairy lights to be clipped on - is a high-end canopy perfect for the occasion and is bound to garner compliments from even the most uncomplimentary guests.

With blackout walls, the ability to adjust tension on uneven ground, larger poles, adjustable centre poles allowing far more control of the tension and canopies thicker than your everyday shelters, we aim to always be ahead of our competitors in providing you with a more durable and secure structure.

Each component is manufactured and built to the highest specification using the finest materials, so you can trust in both the stability of this tension tent and its underlying safety. Our Espree Marquees also adhere to strict British standards; they can withstand bad weather, strong winds and are great for shade in sunny weather. All our shelters are strong, robust, waterproof, windproof, welded and flame retardant (BS7837 graded).

Our team of perfectionists have extensive experience in providing a personal service tailored to your individual needs.  From initial contact to post-event clear up, we strive to provide you with a professional service and to establish the ideal environment for you to create unforgettable memories.  

We currently offer two sizes in the Espree Marquee:

• - 9x6m that seats approximately 46 or 80 standing.
• - 12x9m that seats approximately 80 or 120 standing.

Build-time required for this structure is two and a half hours (installation time is longer than your everyday Capri due to the fact it is safer and more secure). Installation must only be on grass and a side access of at least 1 metre is needed.

If you would like us to come and measure the outdoor space the Espree Marquee will occupy, we offer a ‘Pre-Event Survey’ for a cost of £40. We will ensure that you have enough access, check nothing has been missed or overseen that would affect your desired shelter being erected (such as flower beds, trees, small walls, sky dishes, down pipes etc) and most importantly establish whether you have chosen the correct shelter and size for your space.
